Working with industry-leading secure payment processors, we validate your order and the payment details you submit to us before your order can be accepted. Once that has been done, we will acknowledge that your order has been received by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address you provide in your registration form.<\/p>\n
Your order is then subject to further validation checks we may choose to make. If your order passes our validation checks we will send you an order confirmation email, this is our acceptance of your order and it brings into existence a legally binding agreement between us.<\/p>\n
Upon booking confirmation and acknowledgement from us, you have 48 hours if you desire to cancel your booking and obtain a full refund. Any request made after 48 hours will only allow 50% of the total balance paid refundable, if paid in full. If only the deposit has been paid, the deposit will be deemed non-refundable and no money will be eligible for return. If you request to cancel your booking within 7 days of your event all money paid to The Partysaurus will be deemed non-refundable and no money will be eligible for return. Upon booking your event you accept these terms and agree to adhere to the rules regarding cancellations and refunds.<\/p>\n
When booking online, you will have the opportunity to pay a 50% deposit to secure your booking. Upon confirmation of your booking, you will have up to 48 hours before your event to pay the remaining balance. If the remaining balance is yet to be cleared then a member of The Partysaurus team will make contact to retrieve the remaining balance owed. If the remaining balance nor a plan\/promise to pay by the event date has been made, then we (The Partysaurus), reserve the right to cancel your booking. If this outcome does occur you will be deemed at fault for not complying with the conditions dictated at point of booking your event and you will not be eligible for a refund of any money paid to us, (The Partysaurus). If a plan has been agreed and you fail to adhere to said agreement, we, (The Partysaurus), reserve the right to take legal action in order to retrieve all money owed to us for the booking in question as well as any additional fees occurred during the process of obtaining said money. Upon booking your event you accept these terms and agree to adhere to the rules regarding payments.<\/p>\n
